HiNow is an artificial intelligence company that builds models, agents and infrastructure to turn intelligence into real work and to help humanity continue its journey of evolution.

Why we exist

The photo above is not decoration. It is our meeting room, where ideas get argued and the direction of things gets decided. On the wall, a sequence of frames follows human development, from the first outline to the first step. We chose to make decisions under that wall because it is the ruler for everything we do: technology only matters if it leaves people more capable than they were before.

HiNow was born from a simple conviction: artificial intelligence exists to help human beings, never to spread fear, terror or hate. We believe AI can turn ordinary people into superhumans, heroes of their own civilization: people who do in an afternoon what used to take a month, who reach what used to be the privilege of a few.

Much of the industry chose the opposite path: selling "the future" as a threat, feeding panic in professionals and companies, and then selling the cure. We take no part in that. The future has already happened; we are in it. The only question that matters is how we deal with it now.

HiNow was created to answer that question: a company that treats AI as a superpower for humans, not for machines. Genuinely useful tools that make people more productive and more precise, at a price every layer of society can afford.

What we build

We are not a prompt company. We are a company of engineering and applied research, and we build the entire path, from silicon to result.

Our models form a system, not a catalog. At the top sits HiMax, our most capable model. HiNova coordinates, with a one-million-token context window. HiVision understands images and documents. HiMegia creates. HiQuantum calculates and reasons. HiCode builds software. HiSchool teaches, guiding students through questions instead of handing them answers. And HiCody turns those capabilities into execution: research, communication, routines, reports, development and automations that run start to finish with no one pushing.

All of it lives behind a single API that covers text, vision, images, embeddings, files, audio, video and function calling, alongside more than a hundred models from other labs, with SDKs in ten languages. Developers don't have to pick a vendor: they pick the task.

The machine underneath it all

A good model on bad infrastructure is a broken promise. So we built our own: custom hardware, software, storage, networking and geographic distribution designed for inference, down to the cooling and the low-level optimizations. The result is faster responses, costs up to 90% lower and models that wake up in under a second.

And because production AI is different from a demo, everything ships with what real work demands: tool control, validation, limits, budgets, observability and human approval for critical actions. HiNow is the trusted execution layer, with shared or dedicated infrastructure depending on the size of the project, running in whatever location the customer chooses.

Your data is yours

We never train models on data from business accounts, from APIs or from any paid HiNow account. Training uses demonstration accounts only, under a contract that says exactly that, and public data sources, also guaranteed by contract.

Control is absolute and it belongs to the user: data runs in the location they choose, leaves when they want and becomes nobody's raw material. We don't think this should be a differentiator. As long as it is, it's ours.

Safety is measured in months

No HiNow model ships the day it is finished. Between the end of training and the release there are months of exhaustive testing: attacks, edge cases, deliberate attempts to make the model fail. It only ships when it stops surprising us.

And the rules our models follow are not a secret: the HiNow Constitution is public, in full, including the part that says what they must refuse. It is written for the models themselves, and anyone can read it.

The journey continues

Everything you have read so far fits in one sentence: HiNow exists to turn intelligence into real work. Models that think, agents that execute, infrastructure that answers in under a second and public rules anyone can read.

But none of that is the end. It is the means. The end is more capable people: the professional who delivers in an afternoon what used to take a month, the small company with the tools of a giant, the child learning their own way in a school on the other side of the world.

Humanity has always evolved tool by tool, and each one changed what was possible after it. Artificial intelligence is the next one.
